Pregnancy and parenting journeys are filled with decisions, choices and challenges that aren’t always easy to navigate. Believe me, I know: not only have I done this journey twice myself, but as a doula I walk beside countless families every year as they take it too.

I know you want to do the right thing - for your baby, for yourself & for your family. But I also know that finding out what that is can be a minefield. And without the right guidance, it can become very stressful.

A Power Hour with me is about helping you find those solutions, on your terms. Using totally unbiased & independent information, dedicated time and a supportive structure, I’ll help you to unpick the problem and find the path you’re happy with.

How can a doula power hour help?

Put simply, it’ll help you to tackle the doubts, the questions and the challenges. But perhaps not in the way you’d expect…

As a doula, I never ever tell my clients what to do. That’s not my job. What I am a trained professional in is holding your space, providing the reliable information you need and the structured discussion to help you make sense of it all.

  • No ‘must’s

  • No ‘need to-do’s

  • No judgement
