Am I your postpartum doula?

Honestly, if you’re after crystals, incense and a spiritual guru, I am not the doula for you.

My approach to postpartum doula support is practical, emotional and grounded in the rhythms of real & everyday life.

This isn’t about doing things a certain way.

It’s about finding your way, in a way that feels like you.

I was in a bit of a state of panic when my partner went back to work ... your support has helped ease me into coping & I’m enjoying spending time with my baby. I have realised I can do this!
— Becky

Every family is different, so my support is always shaped to your needs, your home and your way of life.

This can include:

• gentle support for physical & emotional recovery after birth

• navigating sleep deprivation and the weight of exhaustion

• finding manageable rhythms within the feed–sleep–nappy cycle

supportive space to talk through the emotional highs and lows of postpartum

• clear, reliable guidance around infant care and feeding

• practical help with everyday life — meals, tidying, shopping, even walking the dog

I was just hoping for some help but working with you is so peaceful: you inspired confidence and uplifted us.

I was able to build my trust, recover, feel reassured and gain useful knowledge from your evident expertise.
— EH

I’m here to help these early days feel lighter, steadier and more manageable.

How I help will always led by you —

  • what’s needed in the moment,

  • what will help you move forward with more confidence.

Postpartum Doula Support Packages in Cornwall

Each postpartum doula package offers a different level of support, balancing in-person sessions, virtual support and budget.

Whichever balance you choose, the focus is always the same: helping you feel steady, held and confident so that you can enter parenthood feeling strong.

The ‘logical’ way you approached things were clear and mirrored what I wanted but couldn’t manage myself! The seeing through a new mother’s eyes made me feel more hopeful and confident!
